Five Arab regions appeared among the top 10 hottest regions in the world, a clear indication of the impact of hot air masses on the region during this time of year.

Omdiya, Iran, topped the list with a temperature of 49.8 degrees Celsius, followed by Ahvaz, Iran, and Basra International Airport, Iraq, with temperatures reaching 48.9 degrees Celsius.
