Arab Weather - Weather experts at Arab Weather expect the Levant region to be increasingly affected by an air mass with pleasant temperatures during the daytime, and noticeably cold at night compared to what is typical in the Levant during the second half of April.

Cold nights and the return of the need for warm clothes during the night and early morning

The latest maps and analyses from the weather forecasting team at Arab Weather indicate that the weather tonight will be generally cold, with temperatures ranging between 7 and 9 degrees Celsius in the mountains, and dropping below that to below 5 degrees Celsius in some southern mountains such as the Shobak Mountains, and between 10 and 11 degrees Celsius in the desert and eastern plains, while it will be between 17 and 19 degrees Celsius in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba regions.

In Syria, temperatures will range between 9 and 11 degrees Celsius in most areas, but will drop several degrees in the mountainous regions, reaching as low as -5 degrees Celsius on Mount Hermon. In Palestine, minimum temperatures will range between 16 and 17 degrees Celsius along the coast, including the Gaza Strip, while dropping to around 9 to 10 degrees Celsius in the mountains.

These significant temperature changes necessitate a return to wearing warm clothing due to the cold weather and the increased risk of catching colds and flu.
