<p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr">Arab Weather - The effects of the Al-Sayyal depression began to actually affect the Sultanate of Oman during the dawn hours and morning hours of Tuesday, as cumulus clouds crossed the southern parts of the Sultanate, accompanied by varying amounts of rainfall that included parts of the South and North Al Sharqiyah and Al Wusta Governorates, in addition to parts of the Muscat Governorate.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"><br /></p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> The latest satellite images indicate that rain clouds continue to flow towards the Sultanate’s governorates, as the rains currently include parts of South Al Batinah, North Al Sharqiyah and Al Dakhiliyah Governorates.
