موقع " طقس العرب " الالكتروني – سنان خلف – أجواء جميلة شهدتها دولة الكويت خلال الساعات القليلة الماضية حيث تكاثرت السحب في سماء دولة الكويت وهطلت الأمطار المتوسطة والغزيرة على فترات.

وأدت الأمطار التي تزامنت مع خروج الموظفين لأعمالهم والطلاب إلى مدارسهم وجامعاتهم إلى حالة من الارباك بحركة الطرق التي شهدت ازدحامات مرورية خانقة ناتجة عن تشكل البرك في العديد من الطرق.
