ونقلت "تايم" عن وسائل إعلام صينية، أن عمال الإطفاء تمكنوا من استعادة جثة الأم بعد 4 ساعات.. فيما كشفت التحقيقات، أن أحد عمال الصيانة نسي أن يثبّت مسامير القطعة الأرضية أعلى السلم عقب قيامه بالصيانة.
