Jordan: 34 new cases of coronavirus, of which 25 are local

Injuries, recovery and examinations:

• Today (34) cases of the new Corona virus were recorded, as follows:
• (25) local cases were distributed as follows: - (19) cases in the governorate of the capital, Amman, (12) cases, including contact with previous injured, and (7) cases under investigation from Al Faisaly Club.
• (4) Cases from Irbid governorate, all of them had contact with previous injured patients.
• A case from Zarqa Governorate, in contact with a previous injured.
• A case from Al-Balqa Governorate for a member of the Al-Faisaly Club (Under investigation)
• (9) External cases, distributed as follows:
• (6) Cases of people coming from abroad who are staying in quarantine hotels. (1 from Saudi Arabia, 1 from Qatar, 1 from the Emirates, 1 from Ukraine, 1 from America, and one companion for one of the injured).
• (3) Cases of Jordanian truck drivers, coming through the Al-Omari border center.
• This brings the total number of cases in the Kingdom to (1532) cases.
• One recovered case was recorded today, at Prince Hamzah Hospital.
• (7367) laboratory tests were performed, bringing the total number of tests conducted so far to (728,339).

Other actions:
In light of the high number of local injuries, the Ministry of Health calls on everyone to abide by Defense Order No. (11) of 2020 AD, to follow safety and prevention standards, wear masks, and not hold gatherings for more than (20) people, and use the (safety) app, and the (Sahhah) application. .
