Jordan: Good rain fell today in several areas of the Kingdom and Mafraq, recording 9 mm

Weather of Arabia - Today, Wednesday, September 13, Jordan was affected by the first winter of the new rainy season 2023/2024 due to its influence by the remnants of the weather system known as Daniel, and the features of rainfall appeared modest in some areas and good in other areas of the Kingdom, and it is not scientifically reliable. This precipitation assesses the quality of the rainy season’s performance or not, but it is hoped that the current rains will be a “good omen” for the new rainy season.

The meteorological station in Manshiyet Bani Hassan/Mafraq recorded a rainfall total of 9 mm, thank God.

According to data from the Jordanian Meteorological Department, the highest amount of rain recorded across the Kingdom during the month of September was at Al-Baqura station on 9/25/2011 and amounted to 18.4 mm, while the highest amount of rain was recorded at Amman Civil Airport on 9/28/1943 and amounted to 15.4 mm. mm.
