Jordan | Temperatures approach 30 degrees Celsius in some Amman neighborhoods today.

The latest updates and numerical model maps released this morning, Tuesday, October 21, 2025, via the Arab Weather app indicate that daytime temperatures will further rise, exceeding their normal averages for this time of year, approaching the 30-degree Celsius barrier in some eastern neighborhoods of the capital.

Meteorologists at Arab Weather attribute the rise in temperatures to the Kingdom being affected by a high-pressure system centered over the northern Arabian Peninsula, which has led to stable weather conditions and above-normal daytime temperatures. The Kingdom is expected to continue to be affected by the same high-pressure system until the end of the week.

During the night hours, the weather remains relatively cold in most areas, especially in the eastern highlands and plains, where this is sometimes accompanied by active easterly winds that increase the feeling of coldness. It is recommended to wear warm clothing when going out during the late night hours or at dawn.
