Jordan The capital, Amman, records the third highest temperature in the history of the capital's climate records

Arab Weather - The Jordanian capital, Amman, officially registered, according to the Meteorological Department's report, on 27/27/2020, 43.0 degrees Celsius, as a maximum temperature, making it the third highest value of a maximum temperature for the climate climatic archive that extends for decades.

The temperatures did not exceed what was recorded before, as the maximum temperature in the capital was 43.6 in July 1979 and 2000, while the temperature was 43.3 on 10-20-2010.

This comes after the Kingdom was affected by a regional hot wave caused by a surge of a very hot air mass coming from the desert of the Arabian Peninsula towards the Levant and Iraq.

It is expected that the effect of the same heat wave on the Kingdom will continue, but unevenly until the end of this week, with expectations that this wave will continue to coincide with unstable weather conditions, especially in the Badia regions, accompanied by thunderstorms, downwinds, and dust waves.
