Jordan: The effect of the extremely cold air mass on the Kingdom will recede in the coming days, and spring weather will return.

Arab Weather - Meteorologists at the Arab Weather Regional Center said that the latest data from computer simulations indicates the withdrawal of the extremely cold air mass that has affected the Kingdom, leading to a gradual and noticeable rise in temperatures compared to recent days, especially during the second half of the week.

Sunday: Relatively cold to pleasant weather, with fog warnings in the morning in some areas.

During the daytime hours of Sunday, March 23, 2025, temperatures will rise again, remaining 2-4 degrees Celsius below average. The weather will be cold to relatively cold in general, while the weather will be warm in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, and the winds will be northwesterly and light in speed.

During the night hours of Sunday/Monday, the weather will be generally cold, turning very cold during the late night and early morning hours, especially in the eastern plains and mountainous areas. The winds will be light westerly.

Monday: Mild weather in low-lying areas, with temperatures around average.

During the daylight hours of Monday, March 24, 2025, temperatures will rise and become around their average. The weather will be relatively cold in the highlands and pleasant in the rest of the regions, and the winds will be light and northeasterly.

During the night hours of Sunday/Monday, temperatures will rise significantly compared to previous nights. The weather will be cooler and clearer in most areas, with winds light and variable.

Tuesday: A warm air mass begins to affect the Kingdom, with temperatures rising significantly across various regions.

Starting Tuesday, and increasing on Wednesday and the weekend, the Kingdom and all regions of the eastern Mediterranean basin will be affected by an air mass with above-average temperatures. Temperatures during this period will be noticeably higher than average for this time of year by approximately 8-10 degrees Celsius.

Warm spring weather prevails during the daytime in most areas, while it is relatively hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Maximum temperatures will be around 23 to 26 degrees Celsius in most cities and regions of the Kingdom, including the eastern neighborhoods of the capital, Amman. Winds will be light to moderate in speed.

God willing, the rise in temperature will not be limited to the daytime only, but nighttime temperatures will rise significantly compared to previous nights during the middle of the week, and the weather will be less cold and clear in most areas.
