Arab Weather - Meteorologists at the Arab Weather Center said that the latest readings from what is known as a computer simulation indicate that the Kingdom will continue to be affected by dusty Khamaseen weather conditions during the day on Thursday. However, temperatures will see a significant drop, God willing, of approximately 10 degrees Celsius compared to Wednesday.

Thursday: A cooler air mass will affect the Kingdom, causing temperatures to drop by about 10 degrees Celsius compared to Wednesday.

God willing, the Kingdom is expected to be affected on Thursday by a cooler air mass, with temperatures expected to drop significantly and be around their average for this time of year. The weather will be dusty of varying intensity and partly cloudy with clouds at different altitudes. There is also a possibility of thunderstorms and mud showers of varying intensity, concentrated in the early morning hours. In the afternoon and evening hours, the intensity of the dust and chances of rain will generally decrease, and will be concentrated in the desert areas.

Winds will be westerly to northwesterly, moderate in speed, with occasional active gusts, causing dust storms of varying intensity.

Dust will recede on Thursday/Friday night, and the weather will turn cold in various regions.

During the night hours, there will be a noticeable drop in night temperatures (Thursday/Friday night) and the dust will recede from the Kingdom's atmosphere. Consequently, the weather will be relatively cold to cold, with the need to wear warmer clothing, especially for residents of the high mountainous areas and the eastern plains. The winds will be northwesterly and moderate in speed.

During the daylight hours of Friday, May 2, 2025, temperatures will be around their average for this time of year, around 23 degrees Celsius, and the weather will be pleasant to moderate spring weather, ideal for activities and trips, while it will be relatively hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with some scattered clouds appearing. Winds will be westerly, moderate in speed, with active gusts in the afternoon.
