Jordan | Important recommendations for respiratory and ophthalmic patients to deal with dusty weather

Arab Weather - With expectations of imposing control of the dusty weather on the Kingdom on Tuesday, and due to its negative repercussions for patients with the respiratory system and eyes, ArabiaWeather launches a series of tips to deal with such expected weather conditions.

Important advice for respiratory and eye patients during dusty weather:

1- Not to be exposed to dust and dirt, to stay in homes and not to leave them except when necessary.

2- Follow up on the news of weather forecasts via television or radio.
3- The necessity of tightly closing doors and windows to prevent dust from entering buildings and homes
4- Clean houses well from traces of dust, especially bedrooms, sheets and mattresses.
5- Using a wet towel or gauze during sandstorms, if the person is outside the building or when necessary
6- Follow the doctor’s instructions carefully and use medicines to avoid asthma attacks, according to the doctor’s instructions
7- Take care for those who have recently had eye or nose surgery, to avoid going out in such an atmosphere.
