Jordan | Fog expected in many areas at dawn and on Sunday morning

Arab Weather - Many regions of the Kingdom are expected to be affected at dawn and on Sunday morning by high humidity levels and the formation of fog and sometimes dense fog, especially on desert roads and southern mountain highlands, which will lead to a significant decrease and perhaps a complete lack of horizontal visibility in some areas.

The foggy areas include the International Desert Highway, the areas of Ma’an, Tafila, Shobak and the eastern parts of Karak Governorate, in addition to parts of Wadi Musa and the southern Badia, reaching as far as parts of the capital Amman, Zarqa and Mafraq.

The relevant authorities urge drivers to exercise extreme caution while driving in the early morning hours, reduce speed, and use appropriate lighting, due to the danger of fog to the smooth flow of traffic.
