Northwesterly winds are active in several areas, causing dust storms in the south and east of the Kingdom.

Nighttime temperatures are expected to drop, and the weather will be cold in the late evening hours and early morning, which necessitates wearing a coat, especially for those living in the highlands. This coincides with a significant increase in surface humidity levels and the spread of low clouds, which may lead to the formation of fog over some high mountainous areas.

Temperatures rise significantly, with the weather being relatively hot in the highlands, while it is hotter in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, Aqaba, and the eastern Badia. Highs in major cities and the capital, Amman, range between the early to mid-thirties Celsius, while they reach the early forties Celsius in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba.

Friday, June 6, 2025:

The Kingdom is increasingly affected by a relatively hot to hot air mass rushing from the south across the Arabian Peninsula, accompanied by an extension of a high pressure system in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
