Arab Weather - The latest outputs of computer weather models at the Arab Weather Regional Center indicate that the Kingdom will be affected, starting from the hours after Sunday afternoon, by a low-pressure system classified as first-degree (weakest), accompanied by a cold and humid air mass. Therefore, the weather will remain cold and wintery, and the chances of rain showers will be renewed, God willing, especially in the regions of the Kingdom.

Sunday: A first-degree (weakest) low pressure system will affect the Kingdom starting from Sunday afternoon and evening.

In detail, during the Sunday morning hours, very cold weather will prevail in most parts of the Kingdom, with frost forming in several parts and freezing over high mountainous areas and water gathering areas. Fog is also likely to form in parts of the eastern plains and the Queen Alia International Airport area. During the rest of the day, temperatures will rise slightly, remaining 2-4 degrees Celsius below average, and the weather will be generally cold. During the afternoon hours, cloud cover will increase and light local showers of rain are likely to fall in limited areas.

God willing, the Kingdom will be affected late Sunday and during the night by a first-degree depression, which is the lowest (weakest) degree. Therefore, temperatures will drop, with clouds appearing at different altitudes, especially in the northern regions. Opportunities will gradually become available for scattered showers of rain in some northern regions, extending to parts of the central region, including the capital, Amman. Later, during the late night hours and dawn, chances of rain will reach parts of the eastern part of the Kingdom and some of the southern highlands, with hail showers falling in those areas. Winds will be light and variable in direction.

Temperatures will remain 2-4 degrees Celsius below average, and the weather will be cold and partly to mostly cloudy at times, with occasional rain in the north, center, and east of the Kingdom, and sometimes extending towards the highlands of the south of the Kingdom, God willing. Precipitation will be in the form of hail showers on the peaks of the high mountains in the south of the Kingdom, especially in the morning hours.

During the hours of Monday/Tuesday night, the weather will be cold to very cold and partly cloudy, and there will be chances of scattered rain in some areas, which may be in the form of light snow showers over the southern peaks (Sharah), but they will be concentrated in the far east of the Kingdom over time.
