Arab Weather - Computer simulation maps at the Arab Weather Center indicate that hot air will approach the Kingdom during the second half of next week, leading to a gradual rise in temperatures that will peak on Wednesday and Thursday (June 10 and 11), with temperatures reaching approximately the mid-thirties Celsius in various Jordanian cities, including the capital Amman, while exceeding the forty-degree threshold in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and the Gulf of Aqaba.
In detail, the rise in temperatures is expected to begin on Monday, and this rise will increase on Tuesday, with maximum temperatures exceeding 30 degrees Celsius in various Jordanian cities. The weather will be relatively hot during the daytime, while it will tend to be pleasant during the nighttime.
On Wednesday and Thursday (June 10 and 11), the hot air will get closer to the Kingdom, leading to a further rise in temperatures to about 34-35 degrees Celsius in various regions of the Kingdom, including neighborhoods of the capital Amman, while temperatures will exceed the threshold of forty degrees Celsius in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba regions.
Forecasts indicate that temperatures will drop slightly again over the weekend.
