موقع Arabiaweather.com - شهِدَ لبنان خلال شهر نموفمبر 2013 م انحباساً نسبياً للأمطار سبّب تأخراً في أداء الموسم المطري تم قياسه في العديد من محطات الرصد الجوي المُنتشرة في البلاد ، بينما تعرض لبنان خلال شهر ديسمبر الحالي إلى سلسلة منخفضات جوية ساهمت في الحد من هذا التراجع ، إلا أن عوامل تتعلق بتكوين وتموضع مركز المنخفضين الجويين الأخيرين " وبعض العوامل الأخرى " قلّل نسبياً من كميات الأمطار الهاطلة على لبنان خلالهما رغم الكمية الكبيرة من الهطولات .
ووفقاً لمصلحة الأبحاث العلمية الزراعية في لبنان فقد بلغَ مجموع الأمطار لغاية الآن في البقاع الاوسط 145 ملم .. يُقابله في العام المنصرم 245 ملم ، اأما المعدل السنوي المُفترض لغاية اليوم فهو 225 ملم .
هذا وتُشير بيانات النماذج العددية المُستلمة لدى مركز أرابيا ويذر الإقليمي والخاصّة بلبنان ، إلى أن الأجواء خلال ما تبقى من شهر ديسمبر وحتى بداية العام الجديد ستكون مُستقرة نسبياً دون أمطار وبالتالي تراجعاً إضافياً في أداء الموسم المطري .
