Arab Weather - The National Center for Meteorology in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia expects that a number of regions of the Kingdom will be affected during Tuesday and Wednesday by weather fluctuations accompanied by a number of weather phenomena, represented by rainfall in several regions, in addition to surface wind activity with strong gusts at times that stir up dust and sand.

The latest Saudi numerical weather prediction models and global numerical weather prediction models available through the Arab Weather app indicate scattered showers on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, in parts of the Northern Borders region, as well as the Hafr Al-Batin area, accompanied – God willing – by lightning and thunder. Rain is also expected in parts of Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, Taif, and Makkah.

It is also expected – God willing – that northwesterly and westerly winds will be active over Tabuk, Al-Jawf, the Northern Borders, parts of the Eastern Province, Hail, Riyadh, Al-Qassim, Makkah and Madinah, which will lead to the stirring up of dust and sand with varying intensity.
