Overview of the weather in Saudi Arabia:

• An air depression that controls the north and center of the kingdom ... and the extension of the Red Sea depression over the western regions ... in conjunction with the presence of an air depression in the upper air layers in the eastern Mediterranean and above Egyptian territory, which leads to:

• Active eastern winds are causing dust on Saturday in the north of Makkah Al-Mukarramah and parts of western Medina and the coasts of the Red Sea with the morning and noon hours.

• Saturday evening and until Sunday evening, a gradual proliferation of medium and high clouds over the northern regions (northwest of Tabuk and Al-Jawf to the west of the northern border region) may be punctuated by local rainy thunderstorms and an activity of dusty winds.

• Fog is expected in parts of the eastern region and Al-Ahsa at dawn and Saturday and Sunday morning.

• Renewed opportunity for local thunderstorms to hit the heights of Jizan and Asir on Monday and Tuesday.

Weather conditions on Saturday:

• The weather continues to be stable and moderate in all regions of the northern, central and eastern regions of the Kingdom, with high temperatures at the beginning of the thirties Celsius, which are lower than their rates for this time of the year. Whereas, the weather is hot in the Hijaz regions and the Red Sea coasts, where temperatures reach the end of the thirties and early forties.

• The weather remains stable and moderate over the highlands of the southwestern Kingdom.

• With the afternoon and evening hours, quantities of medium and high clouds appear in parts of the northwestern Tabuk region.

• The winds will be light to moderate easterly in the east and center of the Kingdom, turning to easterly in the northern and western regions.

Weather condition on saturday evening:

• Medium and high clouds appear in the atmospheres of the northern regions of Tabuk and near the Jordanian border, and may be interspersed with local rainy thunderstorms associated with dramatic dusty winds.

• Humidity is high over parts of the eastern region and Al-Ahsa, and fog is expected in some areas at dawn and early morning hours.

• Whereas, the weather will be stable, moderate, and tilted to cold in various regions of the center of the Kingdom, and cold over the high mountainous elevations in the southwest of the Kingdom.
