Cats cause terror in Britain... What's the story?

Although the facility's leaders denied these accusations, Daily Mail documents show that 11,000 employees at the facility received a warning stating that they were prohibited from feeding cats. To avoid their gathering around the facility, with the threat of disciplinary penalties in the event of violation of this decision.
