Arab Weather forecasters said that a hot air mass is rushing from the African desert towards the European continent and will continue for several days from Sunday to Friday. Temperatures are expected to exceed average temperatures by more than 10 degrees Celsius in several European capitals, with Paris recording 40 degrees Celsius, while in the Spanish city of Seville, they will reach 45 degrees Celsius and approach 40 degrees Celsius in the Italian capital, Rome.

The hot air mass is gradually pushing from western Europe towards the east.

God willing, the hot air mass is expected to continue to affect large parts of the European continent as it moves eastward in the coming days, impacting Central European and Balkan countries, but will not directly impact the Eastern Mediterranean at this time.

Indeed, the latest weather maps indicate that the countries of the Eastern Mediterranean, including the Levant, will remain under the influence of normal summer air masses, with temperatures around and slightly above average in the coming days. Thankfully, there are no indications of strong heat waves forming. On the contrary, temperatures are expected to drop slightly in various regions during the first days of July.
