It is noteworthy that the coastal areas of the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region, including the city of Jeddah, were affected this morning by cumulonimbus clouds that brought heavy rains and were accompanied by the occurrence of thunderstorms and hail, which led to the flow of torrential rains and a rise in the water level in the streets in some areas.
