Arab Weather - The latest images from remote sensing systems at the Arab Weather Regional Center indicate that a low pressure system is moving in the upper atmosphere towards northwest Saudi Arabia, leading to an increase in atmospheric instability and the formation of more thunderstorms in many areas tonight and Friday.

As the upper depression moves towards northern Saudi Arabia, large areas of the Arabian Peninsula are increasingly affected by unstable weather conditions accompanied by heavy rains and hail showers in many areas, concentrated on the northern borders, Al-Jawf and the northern Eastern Region, sometimes heavy and accompanied by lightning, thunder and hail showers.
