From the Arab Weather Regional Center - The weather forecast cadre issued the climate forecasts for the Arabian Peninsula for the next three months (January, February and March) for the year 2025, in a regular monthly update under the name "Seasonal Weather Bulletin", noting that the method of preparing these weather bulletins differs from other daily weather bulletins in that they are devoid of precise details, and their aim is to give a general picture of the season. The aim of presenting the forecasts is also to provide an initial idea of the expected temperatures and rainfall, as well as the most prominent expected climate phenomena.

Arabian Peninsula | Colder than usual winter and scattered rain events increase in March, accompanied by increased chances of dust waves

General situation:

1. Rainy conditions at intervals in January and February, with rainfall around or below average.
2. Temperatures significantly below average in the UAE and Oman
3. High chances of very cold air masses of Siberian origin rushing in multiple streams.
4. There is a high chance that the Tabuk highlands will be affected by snowfall during the months of January and February.
5. Rain chances in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait gradually improve during March, with an increase in the risk of flooding.
6. Chances of dust increase in March due to periods of colder air masses approaching from the north of the Arabian Peninsula.
