• Suspending the use of Saudi nationals and citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council states for the national identity card to travel to and from Saudi Arabia, with the exception of Saudis who are abroad if their exit from Saudi Arabia is with the national identity card, and citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries currently inside Saudi Arabia, and wish to return to their countries In the event that their entry was with the national identity card, in order for the concerned authorities to verify the entry points from the countries that the incoming visited before his arrival to Saudi Arabia, and apply health precautions to deal with arrivals from those countries.
