و قد تدنى مدى الرؤية الافقية سريعاً في العاصمة السعودية في ساعات ما بعد الظهر ، حيثُ تشير بيانات محطة الرصد الجوي في مطار الملك خالد الدولي الى انخفاض مدى الرؤية الى اقل من 800 متر مع الساعة 1:00 من بعد الظهر.
