وقال المدربون أنهم أرادوا في البداية معرفة إذا كان " دودو " يَخاف من النمور أم لا! لكنهم إكتشفوا بعد ذلك أنه لا يخاف منهم ، بل بالعكس حيث وجدوا أنه يحبهم كثيراً ، و يحب أن يطعمهم يومياَ .

 

وقالت عاملة فى حديقة الحيوان ، أنها المرة الأولى التى ترى فيها شمبانزي يحب إطعام صغار النمور . وقالت أنها علمته منذ أن كان صغيراً ألا يخاف منهم بل وعلمته أيضاَ كيف يمسك الزجاجة لإطعامهم .
