تسجل درجة الحرارة في العاصمة بغداد في هذه الأثناء 40 درجة مئوية وهي بذلك اعلى من معدلاتها لمثل هذا الوقت من العام بحدود 4-5 درجات مئوية ، وتوجد إحتمالية لتكاثف السحب الركامية بشكل محلي في المناطق المحيطة بالعاصمة مع ساعات ظهر وعصر يوم غدٍ الخميس قد تتسبب بتساقط زخات رعدية من المطر ونشاط على الرياح المثيرة للغبار.
ويتوقع يوم غدٍ الخميس أن يطرأ نشاط على سرعة الرياح الشمالية إلى الشمالية الغربية بحيث تتسب بإثارة كميات من الغبار والاتربة تعمل على تدني في مدى الرؤية الافقية في اجزاء من شمال ووسط البلاد قد تطال العاصمة بغداد رياح مُحملة بالغبار قادمة من الشمال.
