This was not lost on our fathers and grandfathers, as they called these days the climatic proverb (between Tishreen and Tishreen, a second summer), as the beginning of October witnesses a drop in temperatures, but temperatures soon rise towards the end of October and the beginning of November, as if the earth is telling us that we must bid farewell to summer with the last heat wave, which has benefits, namely the ripening of the blessed olive fruits.
This heat wave between the two months of October is often hot and dry, with northeasterly winds blowing, bringing an additional sense of heat. However, this is soon followed by changes in weather conditions, such as a drop in temperatures and, God willing, rainfall.
