Arab Weather - A number of universities in the Kingdom have decided to switch to distance learning for Thursday, in order to preserve the safety of students and teaching staff.

• Mu'tah University has decided to switch to online learning for students tomorrow, Thursday, March 26, 2026, due to expected weather conditions and out of concern for student safety. The university emphasized that this decision is part of its precautionary measures to ensure the continuity of the educational process without interruption, and urged students to attend lectures via the approved online platforms. The university also called on everyone to take precautions and follow the guidelines issued by the relevant authorities to ensure their safety.

• The President of Al-Hussein Bin Talal University, Atef Al-Kharabsheh, decided to suspend official working hours for university employees on Thursday, and to convert all lectures to remote learning, with the exception of those whose work nature requires otherwise, in coordination with their superiors.
