Important warning to farmers in the Jordan Valley area

Arab Weather - Weather forecaster Omar Dajani from the Arab Weather Center said that a strong, wide and dangerous frost wave for the agricultural season is expected in the northern and central Jordan Valley with the dawn and morning hours of Monday, and dawn and Tuesday morning.

He added in the details that after the expected heavy rains on Saturday night and Sunday, it is expected that the Jordan Valley area will be exposed to a wide and strong frost wave, where it is expected that the minimum temperatures will drop to approximately 2-3 degrees Celsius, while the surface temperature in the Jordan Valley is expected to reach - 1 or -2 degrees Celsius, which will create a dangerous frost for the agricultural season in these areas.

The forecaster, Omar Dajani, who is known for his environmental and photographic activity, appealed to those concerned in the agricultural sector to take this issue seriously, and that he calls on farmers to intervene and protect these lands from low temperatures.
