The same images also indicate the flow of quantities of clouds at different altitudes over the Sultanate of Oman and the southern eastern region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the Empty Quarter region, interspersed with scattered cumulonimbus clouds, with the possibility of some rain falling, which may sometimes be accompanied by thunder.

The influence of the eastern wave increases on Thursday and rains in parts of Oman and Yemen

Weather forecasters at the Arabia Weather Center said that it is expected, God willing, that the governorates of Al Wusta and Dhofar will be more affected on Thursday by the eastern wave, with quantities of cumulus clouds flowing starting from parts of the coastal areas overlooking the Arabian Sea and gradually extending to the governorates of Al Wusta and Dhofar and later affecting In eastern Yemen and parts of the Empty Quarter, these clouds are covered with rain of varying intensity, sometimes accompanied by thunderstorms, which may lead to a rise in water levels on the roads.

It is also possible that the humidity accompanying the eastern wave will cause active cumulus clouds in the afternoon and evening of Thursday over parts of the Hajar Mountains and neighboring areas and cause some scattered rain to fall.
