The Chinese embassy confirmed that since the time the first satellite was launched into space, there has been no case of rocket debris or space junk that struck humans by orbiting the Earth.

The embassy concluded the series of tweets by saying that the Chinese missile, like the missiles of other countries so far, is safe on the ground.

The "Long March 5B" missile launched from the Chinese island of Hainan on April 29 carrying the Tianhe craft, which contains what will become the living quarters of three people in a permanent Chinese space station, as the launch vehicle was the first of 11 missions required to complete the station.
