و يكون الطقس بارداً و غالباً غائم بوجهٍ عام، مع هطول زخات من الأمطار، متوسطة الشدة إلى غزيرة أحياناً، في شمال ووسط المملكة ولاحقاً في أجزاء من المُرتفعات الجبلية الجنوبية. تترافق مع تدنٍ في مدى الرؤية الأفقية بسبب تشكل الضباب والغيوم الملامسة لسطح الأرض في الجبال.
