موقع ArabiaWeather.com- قال ممثل الشركة الفضائية الروسية، فلاديمير سولوفيوف إن بلاده قد تنشئ محطة فضائية خاصة بها بعد عام 2024. وسيتزامن إنشاء هذه المحطة المدارية التي ستضم خمسة أجنحة مع زمن اكتمال برنامج المحطة الفضائية الدولية المحدد بحلول عامي 2024-2025.
وأضاف سولوفيوف أن جناح مختبر متعدد الأغراض وجناحاً أساسياً مخصصاً لالتحام المركبات الفضائية به وجناحاً للتزويد بالطاقة ستكون بمثابة قاعدة للمحطة الروسية المذكورة. وقد تضاف إليها حجرة عبور إلى المحطة ومنها (غرفة الهاوس أو الهويس) عام 2024 وجناح قابل للتحويل (تغيير الشكل) عام 2025.
وأشار إلى أن قسمًا محدَّثا لمختبر متعدد الأغراض سيوصل إلى المحطة الفضائية الدولية عام 2017. وأن مدة صلاحية هذا القسم ستكون سبع سنوات مع وجود إمكانية لتمديد هذه الفترة، كما أن الجناح الأساسي جاهز عملياً وسيوصل إلى المحطة الدولية بواسطة صاروخ "بروغريس" الحامل.
