Showers of rain expected in several areas in the coming hours

Arab Weather - The latest satellite images show the beginning of the approach of quantities of rain clouds towards the northern and central parts of the Kingdom, where it is expected that the quantities of clouds will gradually increase, and that showers of rain will fall during the afternoon and evening hours today, which will be heavy at times and accompanied by lightning, thunder and hail showers.

Forecasts indicate the possibility of the unstable weather conditions extending to parts of the south and east of the Kingdom, including the Karak and Tafilah governorates, but to a weaker extent.

These unstable weather conditions require:

• Drive with caution on roads experiencing rain and hail.
• Beware of flash floods and water pools in some northern and central areas.
