موقع ArabiaWeather.com – قامت آليات المنطقة العسكرية الجنوبية المتواجدة في محافظة العقبة مساء أمس الثلاثاء بعملية مكافحة الجراد ضمن منطقة الراشدية ووادي عربة.
وقال بيان للتوجيه المعنوي اليوم الاربعاء "تحركت آليات نوع لاندركوز مجهزة بماتورات رش من الساعة الخامسة مساء الى الثامنة مساء الى منطقة الراشدية ووادي عربة وقامت بعملية مكافحة اسراب الجراد المتواجدة في تلك المنطقة"، مشيرا الى ان عملية المكافحة تتم بالتعاون مع مديرية الزراعة ضمن منطقة المسؤولية وبشكل يومي في اوقات الصباح والمساء.
واضاف البيان "تعمل الوحدات العسكرية هناك ضمن الخطط الموضوعة مسبقا والمعدة لمواجهة اي طارئ، وتأتي هذه الخطوة ضمن توجيهات القيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة الرامية الى مساعدة مؤسسات المجتمع المحلي في مواجهة الكوارث الطبيعية".
