موقع ArabiaWeather.com – قامت المحكمة العُليا السعودية بالإعلان أن اليوم الثلاثاء 5-11-2013 ، هو غرة شهر محرم للعام الهجري 1435 هـ، و ذلك بسبب عدم ثبوت رؤية هلال السنة الهجرية الجديدة يوم الأحد 29-12-1434هـ، تزامناً مع كسوف الشمس.
حال القمر وقت كسوف الشمس في وضعية لا يمكن بها رصد الهلال بتاتاً يوم 29-12-1434 هـ
نص القرار:
" الحمد لله وحده، والصلاة والسلام على من لا نبي بعده، وبعد: فقد إطّلع رئيس وأعضاء المحكمة العليا على ما ورد إلى المحكمة العليا من المحاكم ولجان الترائي بشأن هلال شهر المحرم لعام 1435هـ مساء يوم الأحد التاسع والعشرين من شهر ذي الحجة عام 1434هـ، وبعد الاطلاع والتأمل في جميع ما ورد وجد أنه لم يتقدم أحد للشهادة برؤية الهلال مساء أمس، ولقول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم "فإن غم عليكم فأكملوا العدة ثلاثين" متفق عليه واللفظ للبخاري، فإن المحكمة العليا، بهيئتها العامة تقرر: أن يوم الإثنين الموافق 1 / 1 / 1435 هـ حسب تقويم أم القرى هو المكمل لشهر ذي الحجة عام 1434هـ، وأن يوم الثلاثاء 2 / 1 / 1435 هـ حسب تقويم أم القرى الموافق الخامس من شهر نوفمبر عام 2013م هو غرة شهر المحرم لعام 1435هـ"
