The coasts of the Gulf of Mexico also witnessed historical snowfall and accumulation that had not occurred in 60 years, and it is expected that some snowfall will extend to northern Mexico.

The storms, especially in the western and eastern United States, are accompanied by large cold air fronts that lead to strong winds and very high waves, with heavy rain and heavy snowfall in many areas, including northern California, Oregon and Washington. Temperatures are expected to drop below zero in several areas, where the weather is very cold.
