وتجدر الإشارة أن الجسم الفضائي الذي أنفجر في الهواء أعلى مدينة تشيلابينسك في 15 فبراير/شباط عام 2013 و الذي سمي بنيزك تشيلابينسك كان أصغر من هذا الكويكب ب 20 ضعفآ.
