موقع ArabiaWeather.com- تلقت مديرية الدفاع المدني بمحافظة الطائف خلال الــ 24 ساعة الماضية، 3321 بلاغاً عن حوادث متفرقة، حيث باشرت الفرق الميدانية إنقاذ وإخراج عدد من حالات الاحتجاز وتحرير مجموعة من المركبات، جراء الأمطار الغزيرة التي شهدتها المحافظة أمس السبت.
وأشار المتحدث الرسمي للدفاع المدني بمحافظة الطائف العقيد ناصر بن سلطان الشريف، أنه نتج عن هطول الأمطار جريان السيول في عدد من الأودية منها أودية الويت وذي غزال والمسيلات والثنية والحيط وكلاخ والعوضة وأم عطفة، مبيناً أن الفرق الميدانية للدفاع المدني باشرت تحرير 12 مركبة وإنقاذ 28 شخصاً بينهم 3 نساء و4 أطفال، وجرى تحرير 5 مركبات وإنقاذ 10 أشخاص بوادي الشرى بمركز الشفا، إضافة إلى تحرير مركبتين و18 شخصاً بوادي ذي غزال.
وأشار الشريف إلى أن البلاغات الواردة كانت عن حالات احتجاز ومداهمة سيول لمواقع وحوادث مرورية وانقطاع لبعض الطرق وانهيارات صخرية، مفيداً أنه لم تسجل أي حالة وفاة أو فقدان للأشخاص، وقد تم مباشرة العديد من الحوادث المرورية، ونقل بعض الحالات بواسطة الهلال الأحمر والدفاع المدني لمستشفيات المحافظة.
