هذا المنخفض الجوي سيدأ تأثيره السبت ويزداد تأثيره يوم الأحد ويستمر الاثنين ؛ مع أجواء شتوية ، هطول أمطار غزيرة أحياناً وشاملة لأجزاء واسعة ، احتمالات تشكل السيول في العديد من المناطق السورية ، تساقط ثلوج على الجبال التي تزيد عن 1300م عن سطح البحر ، رياح نشطة السرعة على فترات .
ويعوّل على هذا المنخفض بإعطاء كمية جيدة جداً من الأمطار ستعطي دفعة جيدة جديدة للموسم المطري الذي في الأساس قد تجاوز معدلاته الموسمية الكاملة في عدة محطات . كما يعتبر تساقط الثلوج على ارتفاعات 1300م عن سطح البحر أمراً ليس شائعاً في هذا الوقت من العام . فضلاً عن اقتراب درجات الحرارة الصغرى من الصفر المئوي في العديد من جبال البلاد ولاحقاً أجزاء من المناطق الداخلية بعد انحسار الفعالية الجوية ( خطر تشكل الصقيع الربيعي ) .
