Arab Weather - Sinan Khalaf - The latest weather forecast issued by the Arab Weather forecast staff indicates the increasing severity and unstable weather conditions affecting the Kingdom on Monday and Tuesday, so that the rains become more intense and comprehensive, God willing, and deserves attention from the following:

Strong weather fluctuations over Hail

Heavy thunderstorms and showers of hail are expected

It is expected that the intensity of the weather fluctuations will focus on the Hail region and the northern parts of Al-Qassim, as it is expected that these areas will be exposed to thunderstorms accompanied by heavy rain and hail, God willing, especially in the afternoon and evening hours.

Thunderstorms multiply with varying intensity on parts of Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, Al-Jawf and the northern borders, and extend towards parts of the southwest of the Kingdom, and some rain may fall on the coasts of Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah in the morning.

Downward winds and sandstorms expected

In view of the long rain interruption, drought and loosening of the soil, and the thunderstorm activity that is expected to be exposed to in the aforementioned areas that may be associated with downward winds, sandstorms are expected to arise in some areas locally, accompanied by a significant decrease in the horizontal visibility.

Prevailing air systems

These air turbulence came as a result of the eruption of a cold upper basin from the eastern Mediterranean towards the north of the Red Sea, in conjunction with the outbreak of warm and humid southern currents from the south of the Red Sea, where these two masses converge over the area extending from the coast of Jeddah to the northern border region, through the highlands of Makkah Al-Mukarramah. And in the west of the Riyadh, Qassim and Hail regions, where these areas will witness a state of air instability and an opportunity for thunderstorms of rain of varying intensity.
