From the Arab Weather Center - The weather forecast staff at the Arab Weather Center issued seasonal weather forecasts for the next few months for Jordan in a regular monthly update under the name “Seasonal Weather Bulletin.” Noting that the method of preparing these weather bulletins differs from other daily weather bulletins in that they are devoid of precise details and their goal is to take a general picture of the season, and the goal of listing the forecasts is to get an initial idea about the temperature and rain forecasts.

Meteorologically, the summer season began at the beginning of June and recorded a hot start and noticeably warmer than usual temperatures during the first three weeks in the Levant, including Jordan. During this period, the Kingdom was affected by two hot masses, and their effects were separated by normal summer weather. .

The specialists at the Arabian Weather Center said that the current month of June will be several degrees higher than the normal average, which will make it the hottest summer month in recorded history, even if it has not actually been recorded as the hottest June in the history of the Kingdom’s records. This may make the summer of 2024 one of the hottest summer months, especially with expectations that the Kingdom will continue to be exposed, at intervals during the next few months, to more hot masses from time to time, separated by moderate air masses.
