The Ministry of Water and Irrigation said that the volume of rainfall since the beginning of the season rose to about 1.394 billion m3 from the general annual rate, or 17% of the annual rate of 8.1 billion m3 annually, and that the highest rainfall rate was recorded during the past 24 hours in Jerash 13 7 mm, about the storage of dams, she explained that what entered the dams from rain and runoff of valleys during the past 24 hours amounted to about 930 thousand cubic meters, raising the total storage in the dams to 28.365 million cubic meters, or 10.10% of their total capacity of 280.760 million cubic meters.
