Seasonal rains and lightning affect six Arab countries, raising fears of flash floods.

Arab Weather - Data from various numerical models indicates that some Arab regions and countries will experience several weather disturbances at the end of the week, which will, God willing, bring rainfall as follows:

Maghreb countries:

God willing, the remarkable weather disturbances are expected to continue and renew this time in the skies of northern Algeria, in addition to parts of northern and central Tunisia, and northern Morocco. Clouds are expected to appear at different altitudes in the skies of those regions, interspersed with thunderstorms, which will cause rainfall that may be heavy at the local level. The rain will also be accompanied by thunder sometimes, and hail showers in some areas, in addition to downdrafts that may stir up dust and sand in some areas.

The Arabian Peninsula:

The highlands of Yemen will witness, God willing, a continuation of unstable weather conditions during the daytime hours, with localized and heavy thunderstorms expected in some of the western highlands, and the rain cloud cover will extend, God willing, to limited parts of the southwestern highlands of Saudi Arabia.

As for Sudan:

The weather instability will intensify, with rainfall becoming heavier and more widespread, covering large parts of the west, center, and east of the country. The formation of flash floods in several regions of the country is not ruled out.
