Public security warned citizens of the dangers of leaving heaters on while sleeping, coinciding with the Kingdom being affected by the peak of the third-degree low-pressure system tonight, according to the Arab Weather scale for the intensity of low-pressure systems.

Public security stressed that the unsafe use of heaters may lead to suffocation or fires, calling on everyone to turn them off before going to sleep and to adhere to public safety guidelines.

He also stressed the importance of ventilating homes regularly to ensure air renewal and reduce the accumulation of harmful gases, especially with the current weather conditions, in order to protect the safety and health of residents.
