طقس العرب- دعت وزارة الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية بالمغرب، و بأمر ملكي، المواطنين إلى إقامة صلاة الاستسقاء بكافة مصليات و مساجد المملكة يوم الجمعة المقبل الموافق ل 24 نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني 2017 طلبا من الله تعالى الرحمة ونزول الغيث و المطر.
يُذكر أن المغرب شهد شحًا وتأخرًا في تساقط الأمطار خلال بداية الموسم الحالي في معظم ربوع المملكة، باستثناء هطولات مطرية اقتصرت على أقصى شمال البلاد خلال أواسط الشهر الفائت.
وسجل شهر نوفمبر الذي يشارف على الانتهاء انقطاعا تاما واستثنائيا لنزول الأمطار امتد منذ النصف الثاني من شهر أكتوبر، ما خلق قلقًا لدى المزارعين بخصوص الموسم الفلاحي، إضافة إلى تسجيل تراجع كبير في مخزون السدود وفي صبيب الأنهار في مختلف مناطق البلاد خاصة في الوسط والجنوب.
وتُعزى حالة الانقطاع المطري إلى استمرار تأثر البلاد بالنظام الجوي للمرتفع الأزوري الذي يُشكل حاجزًا أمام وصول الاضطرابات الجوية.
