The hot air mass is intensifying, and this is the time when the heat wave will break in the capital, Cairo, and various regions.

Arab Weather - Meteorologists at the Arab Weather Center said that the latest computer simulations indicate that the impact of the hot air mass on Egypt will intensify in the coming days, with temperatures expected to rise further, becoming 9 to 11 degrees Celsius warmer than usual.

The heat will intensify in the coming days, with active winds causing sandstorms, especially in the afternoon.

In detail, the republic will continue to be affected by the hot air mass on Saturday, and its impact will intensify on Sunday and Monday, continuing on Tuesday. Therefore, temperatures will rise, and the weather will be warm in the cities of the North Coast, while it will remain hot to very hot in the rest of the regions. Maximum temperatures will approach the mid-30s Celsius in the northern part of Lower Egypt, the capital Cairo, and various northern regions, God willing, while they will exceed that in the desert and southern regions.

North to northeasterly air currents continue to blow across the Mediterranean Sea, with moderate speeds. They become active at times in the afternoon and evening hours, and may stir up sand in exposed areas, while at the same time alleviating the feeling of heat, especially in the North Coast.

Warmer-than-usual nights in various regions and suitable weather for outdoor activities

The weather will remain warmer than usual at night across most regions, with temperatures ranging from mild to relatively hot, especially in the southern regions. It will moderate further north during the early morning hours, with increased humidity and the possibility of fog forming in North Sinai. Low clouds will also appear in the early morning hours in several areas in the north of the country, including Greater Cairo.

The heat wave will ease starting Wednesday, with temperatures dropping below the mid-30s in Cairo.

According to the latest data received from weather maps, particularly those showing temperature trends, the maximum temperature in Greater Cairo will drop below 35°C after a long wait, with temperatures in the north of the country ranging between 22 and 27°C, including the capital, Cairo, while they will be between 20 and 21°C in the North Coast, including Alexandria. The weather will be suitable for summer vacations.

As for the rest of the southern regions, temperatures will remain within the high range, reaching the thirties Celsius, especially in Aswan and its surrounding areas, amid extremely hot weather.
