موقع Arabiaweather.com – حسن عبدالله - تتأثر مناطق واسعة من وسط وغرب وشمال المملكة وشمال غربها برياح نشطة جنوبية غربية الى غربية ، تصل هذه الرياح النشطة المنطقة الشرقية نهار الخميس ، هذه الرياح يتوقع ان تصل سرعتها الى اكثر من 50 كم/ساعة تكون مثيرة للاتربة والغبار ومؤدية لانخفاض مدى الرؤية الافقية بشكل كبير في بعض المناطق.
ويعود سبب نشاط الرياح الى تأثر منطقة بلاد الشام وحوض شرق المتوسط بعاصفة شتوية باردة جدا مترافقة مع الامطار الغزيرة والثلوج الكثيفة على المرتفعات التي تصل 800 مترا واكثر، حيث تستمر هذه العاصفة من يوم الاربعاء حتى نهار السبت.
ويستمر نشاط الرياح يومي الاربعاء والخميس ، على شكل رياح جنوبية الى جنوبية غربية على مختلف مناطق المملكة، حيث تكون نشطة اعتبارا من نهار الخميس على المنطقة الشرقية من البلاد مثيرة للغبار، ويتوقع ان يتبع ذلك تساقط الامطار على مناطق وسط القطاع الغربي امتدادا لشمال الوسطى وشمال شرق البلاد، كذلك تتساقط الامطار شمال غرب البلاد مع تساقط الثلوج على المرتفعات العالية.
